Our Cabernet Sauvignon is sourced from Wilyabrup, the heart of Margaret River and a benchmark region for this variety in Australia and abroad.

Fruit is harvested with a selective harvester that gently removes berries, minimising damage and allowing a portion of whole-berry fermentation in open-top fermenters. The fruit is transferred without pumps or crushers to preserve purity and structure.
