Fresh and vibrant, with aromas of stone fruit, dried pear and a hint of fig. The palate is rich yet focused, balanced by lovely acidity and framed by generous lingering fruit flavours, with an elegant and clean finish.

Hand-picked in the cool of the morning, the fruit was whole-bunch pressed and fermented in French oak barriques (50% new). After nine months in barrel with minimal bâtonnage, the wine was bottled in mid-December 2025.
